Masashi Togami - Team BTTF

Masashi Togami, creator of the Back To The Future DeLorean Time Machine on LEGO CUUSOO, has created Team BTTF. They are trying to create a BTTF LEGO theme through LEGO CUUSOO.
After the success of their first project, Team BTTF made two other BTTF models: Hill Valley Courthouse, and UCS DeLorean Time Machine.

Masashi has put an amazing amount of work into these projects. You don't have to be a fan of BTTF to like these. You just need to be a LEGO fan that realizes what an insane amount of work it can take to get these models right. And Team BTTF has done an excellent job.

Earlier this week, Masashi contacted me and asked if I would feature his projects on BrickEnd. I was thrilled to do so. If you have CUUSOO projects that you would like to see on here, contact me by clicking the Contact tab above.

First up: Hill Valley Courthouse.

An incredible Micro model. Those of us that have tried to build micro know how hard it is to get the right sizes in the right places, while keeping a good amount of detail.
On CUUSOO, the description says:
Hill Valley is a fictional town in California that serves as the home setting for each movie in the Back to the Future trilogy.
The Hill Valley Courthouse, and clock tower, were of a construction and architectural style seen across the United States in the 1800s and 1900s.
This building, and it's surrounding area, serve as a focal point between all Three Movies, the building evolving for each generation.

This model couldn't of been easy to build. Yes, the building is rather plain, but to make it small enough to be micro, but large enough to be recognizable, is not easy. Great job Masashi!

Next in the Team BTTF projects: UCS DeLorean Time Machine.

This is a great little (or rather big) model of the DeLorean. The power functions on this thing would make it a super fun model to have. Not to mention the fact that it looks really cool.
I love this model! And again, this isn't easy to do. Minifig scale models are pretty easy to build, but step up, and everything is harder. Masashi Pulled off a great car in a great way.
The ideals on CUUSOO are as follows:
"IDEAS FOR PRODUCT"
- UCS DeLorean Time Machine with Power Functions and Remote Control (BTTF1: 1985)
- UCS DeLorean Time Machine from 2015 with Hover Modification (BTTF2: 2015)

I hope you enjoyed this little review of Team BTTF's models. Go and support them in the links above.
